It's a pity this isn't completed,even with an interesting idea like that.The concept is rather creative by mixing a zombie apocalypse with office politics.Since this is more of action and survival,a shop is needed to buy weapons and their upgrades(damage and firing rate) with other improvements to character's stats(running speed and more damage resistance) and skills(help the business earn more profits by putting up advertisements,this game has office politics in it anyway.)A working mute option is needed too and maybe,instead of being on the defensive all the time,the character can be able to move around areas with differently designed backgrounds and set up businesses there and fight more types of enemies(flying,running,digging ones,for example.)These are just a few examples to help the game if it is going to be updated.However,next time,do remember to complete the game or tests can be used as posts to get suggestions or be put into dumping grounds.Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback, I'll note it down when I update the game. I will be adding a shop in the future for cosmetic and physical stat changes, I was in a rush to complete it in time for the game jam! As for different areas and enemies, this sounds like a good idea, maybe you can conquer other areas in the city? I'll need to plan it out more carefully when I make the updates.

Though it's quite a pity this isn't the full game with all its additions,it is still enjoyable with its simple and yet quite engaging game concept that gives players enough to explore.The hidden coins gives the game a 'Easter egg hunt' kind of feel too and also a good reason to explore the underground.Maybe the coins could be used to buy stuff at a shop set up at some areas(who would have thought of doing that in real life?) like a diving suit to increase movement speed underwater(don't know if other players know about this,but pressing down and clicking the mouse would make the character go underwater slowly)and a pickaxe to smash rocks to reveal more hidden treasures besides coins.It would be also quite cool to find other types of characters like other people(miners with stories to tell) and animals(bats flapping around and dropping dung).The grappling hook is really useful in reaching those high areas but it can be quite hard to for the character to actually go there as he will become a swinging pendulum because the grappling hook will not pull him up,maybe pressing 'W' or spacebar could help fix this.Overall,this game is engaging enough to kill some time with it's 'free to explore' concept,so great work and keep it up!Oh and congratulations on winning first place!

This is a pretty good concept,something like that pong ball concept,except that players can increase its speed and change its direction,making gameplay quite engaging,if not more than pong itself,in which players move the paddle to change its direction.Though this is still in first stage,it's good enough to kill some time.Maybe,there could be a separate item to increase the balloon size,instead of having the balloon collect the same gas tank that players use as the 'paddle' to move it around,as it can get a little difficult with the balloon bouncing off the walls and shrinking.More coins could be added when the score increases and when all the bricks are cleared in a level,the next level could begin with more designs and obstacles like spikes and perks like temporary invincibility or shield as protection for the balloon.A time limit mode could be a nice addition,to challenge players' skills of destroying the most number of bricks in a certain time given and if possible,medals could be added to attract players,ahem,medal hunters to join in too.Anyway,hope that this game would be better with more stuff added as it's engaging,so good luck and hope to see the next part to this!

This is a simple yet engaging game with a well-loved backstory and quite catchy music,making it a pretty good time-killer for those wanting a challenge(and medals.)The game physics are a little off though,the tomato could sometimes roll off the level even when it is quite stable or when it's rolling in the opposite way,it would stop and roll backwards even when there's no ramp in front but it's just a game,so what the heck.More types of food could be used in the game to make it more interesting and challenging to(,not saying that this game is easy enough only with a tomato.)
Anyway,great work on this and hope to see more!And good luck to those wanting to complete the game!

Though simple,the game is decent and quite well doneThe controls work quite smoothly(although the character can't turn very well when attacking.)Good work on making the effects of damage and the shield(when it is upgraded)noticeable,because it could have been a mistake(the damage level staying the same even when it's upgraded,for example.)There could be more types of enemies(some that can fire stuff at the character,some that can pop out of the ground,just to name a few),more types of weapons,some character skills,besides stats and some in-game quests to make the game more interesting.There could also be some music added to the settings to liven it up more.Anyway,this game is pretty good for a first attempt and practice makes perfect,so keep practicising!Good luck!

This game is quite decent and also simply made,although the designs could be a little better and also that there could be more upgrades like armor to reduce damage,health kits that appear during the game and that the enemies should attack in waves,instead of appearing one by one until they crowd the map,which is not really big to start with(maybe more maps could be added.)Anyway,good work on this.

This is quite a simple defense game,although it lacks some things like an amount of lives or health for the house as it takes only one hit to lose the level and there could be more types of lenemies,besides bears(they can't be the only animal type living in a forest,can they?) like enemies that can move faster but have lower health and those which fly,low enough to get shot,that is.Crates should take fewer shots to be opened and it is also kind of funny how when the character is attacked,the shots pass through the enemy.Double tap the right arrow key on the level selection makes the character end up at the 'select player' but when the character moves back to the single player mode,it does not work(To fix this,use single player controls and move character to 2 player mode and move back and onto single player mode.)Anyway,this game is quite good to kill some time.

This game has an interesting puzzle concept,although it may not have something like a timer,it is still very challenging with some obstacles which limit the number of moves.This is good for those who want a challenge and to kill some time.

Well,it is a beta after all,so not a lot can be expected but the controls work well and the movements are quite smooth,so it is a pretty good start for someone new at it.If the creator is willing to put more time and effort in updating this game with a lot more content,then go for it!Good luck!

It is a pretty decent game with its simple designs,although it can get quite repetitive to keep seeing the same old characters through out the game,maybe adding in a variety of enemies and cannon ammo types to make it more interesting.There should also be a way to cancel a shot,as it can get troublesome to restart the whole level just because the cannon is aimed wrongly.Moreover,as the cannon is aiming up and down,the game depends on the player's reaction time and skills so as to get the right shots.In the later part of the levels,though,it can get really difficult when players try to repeat their previous shots but can't,as there is nothing to point that out,making it look as if luck is needed to get that right estimation,instead of skill,so an arrow or something could be added to guide players in planning their next shots.This game is good to kill some time(or get medals)for those wanting a challenge.
