Althoough it has simple controls, the game is quite addictive as the concept is similar to that of those arcade space shooters except that this has improved visual quality and different elements and medals to provide some challenge. However, there are a few areas that need improvements. There needs to be an ammo meter or some way to hhow the number of bullets. It can be a big problem as players would not count the number of fishes eaten and this can lead to annoying situations like when bomb fishes appear or many enemies appearing at once, only to find out that there is no ammo left.Another problem is that bomber fishes appear anywhere in the screen without any warning, sometimes behind or on the player's character, maybe arrows should be added at the top of the screen to point out where they are going to drop.More types of prey and predators like octopuses could be added to add more variety to the game.Anyway, this one great game to kill some time,so good work.

Bandana-Crew responds:

Thanks a lot for your detailed feedback, mate! We appreciate your kind words! About the ammo meter..we'd probably made it hard to notice (it's up on the menu, right after the sign of a fishbone). The numbers after the sign means how much bullets you have left. And the light that appears just before the bomb fish drops is only a warning (it doesn't hurt you). Thank you very much again for sharing your thoughts! It means a lot!

This game is one of those little gems hidden away in the Under Judgement section,it has simple gameplay and design, engaging storyline(who knows how the end of the world would be like?) and a twist at the end.

This is one awesome hybrid game, mixing physics simulation concept with tower defense and it even has a manual option to allow the player to take part in the action instead of just setting up defenses. What makes it more interesting is that the defenses can be set up in any manner and it is just so nice that the game does not 'force' the player to put the block in one area only. The medals and upgrades and enemy types add replayability value to the game. However, this game faces some problems and needs some improvements:
(1)(This may not be a real problem)The pause button works when the arrow clicks outide the screen but when the arrow clicks inside the screen and not on the 'Resume Game'option, the enemies would resume and are able to attack while the player's turrent would only be able to move and not attack.Although this is a simple problem,it seems a little odd.
(2)There could be an option to skip build mode and jump right into the action and another option to select blocks, instead of building them in order.
(3)There could be traps and mines to help defend and maybe more weapons for the player's turrent(even though different blocks have their own attack type)this would add more firepower.
By the way, that one upgrade of havnig a chance to have better gunner blocks, besides increasing their firing rate, range and damage is really a clever way to put new block type in action.Good work on this excellent game from its sound effects to its game concept.Hope that there will be a third one soon..

Although the game's designs and plot are simple,it is quite fun just senselessly blowing out some zombies' brains (Bloody fun, that is.)However, sometimes,it just seem that the zombies can hurt the character without touching him directly or maybe it is just close quarter combat. The game's difficulty becomes too easy with fireams, even the revolver(or a pistol) can last through the whole game which is too short, disppointing anyone hoping to fight a boss or more badass enemies.Although this games feels a little rushed with not much of an ending, kudos to the creator for putting time and effort to create this enjoyable game.
(More melee weapons like swords and a chainsaw could be included and more weapons with slightly higher prices(everything is too cheap) and there may be an error when the riot gear is bought before the kelvar vest but then the character would be using the vest, unable to switch to riot gear.)

Beware, this game is a real killer in disguise.Once you look past its simple design and tutoria, things will turn really ugly.Your alertness and sanity will be put to the test with the maddening challenges but it can get pretty easy once every safe spot and trap are memorised. However, this game may not suit the following people due to its 'content'.
(1)People with anger management issues or easily lose their patience.(Staring at the 'YOU DIED' menu appear repeatedly may trigger this symptom.)
(2)Trollophobics(Who likes to see that troll face anyway? For those who do,Level 13 is just for you!In fact, you get to see him or it up close, covering like three quarters of the screen, blocking the character's view,as if watching the player with that troll-ish grin, ahh, who can forget that face?)Tip:Avoid question marks.
(3)People who do not like platformers(Well,it is obvious unless they have second thoughts and play it.)
This game may make people want to shout and scream not in joy but frustration, just remember the reason behind the title of the game and do not take the increasing number of failures and game seriously and let them con-troll you.Just quit if it seems too difficult.

Zapxo responds:

AVOID QUESTION MARKS? AVOOIID THEM? Good tip, but no can do. *evil grin*

This is one fine addition to Newgrounds with winning substance although it can be a little shocking to see it getting a score lower than it really deserves as clearly a lot of effort and time has been put into it.Sure,it may not be perfect but hey,if this game is this awesome in its beta version, just think how will this game turn out with more updates and stuff added in future?(If the creators continue to develop it,that is.)Hope for more surprises until then.

(Note:The skins and hats could use some funny descriptions.)

GameTwoThree responds:

We will definitely continue developing it, thanks for the uplifting feedback. :)

We hope the ratings will rise now that we got a bit more players and gameplay is more smooth without a lot of waiting. :)

This game is challenging with different obstacle courses for the character to survive along with very limited health.
However, the health makes it a little too difficult, three hearts are just too little if there is no way to recover them and to make it worse, boulders that cause one heart to be lost per hit,no matter how small it is.It is either that there are more hearts to start with, some way for the character to recover, smaller damage(a health bar would be better to show this),a better way for the character to attack the skeletons and possible, kill that hideous bunny in mutated form by running into them or something. In mutated form which also runs out quicly could enable the character to be invincible against damage(but then,in this game, the levels are randomly generated,so a luckier player will find more orbs to stay in mutated form.)
Anyway, this game is not bad although its visual quality could be slightly better.

0Hayes responds:

Hey I've been finding it difficult myself too, we've just added so many obstacles over the last few days they its got pretty hard. So after the comments we have received were going to be adding heart pickups in game. Thanks loads and stick around for the update as it should fix the difficulty problems,
Cheers

This game is fun enough to kill off some free time but it can be improved in some ways.
(1)While there are weapons to purchase, the fun pretty much ends when the player would just buy the most powerful weapon(shotgun or machinegun) and use it for the rest of the game, making the other weapons look as if they are a waste of money. The game mechanics are a little off like how a shotgun is able to work at far range(across the screen, that is),making it like a sniper rifle instead.
(2)There should be also a way to show how much ammunition is left and a manual reloading button as it can be especially annoying if enemies are charging in groups at the character when he is reloading.
(3)The is also slight glitches when enemies start to be a little 'off' like bullets passing through enemies and not hitting them(If it happens, click 'restart'.)The way enemies are killed are a little strange as they fall to the ground and wriggle like worms but this is not really a problem,it just looks a little odd.
If this is a beta version, then it is not bad as the controls are smooth and watching buildings collapsing on enemies is quite enjoyable.

Sure, this game may be for fans, but for it to have medals with descriptions just makes it ironic for the game to be challenging.Oh well, free giveaway medals and points are pretty good early Christmas present.

This is one addictive action platformer with it's beautiful level and character designs(Fiercesome, yet cute-looking armless dragon protecting its egg, maybe it is an Armlessarus Rex?)and a simple and quite realistic plot too(it goes to show the dangers of the outside world for animal species.)The levels has plenty of room to explore except that the continously rolling egg prevents the player from wandering off too far(Who knew that eggsiting was eggstremely hard?)meaning that finding a hidden room has to be done quickly once the egg is blocked. The gold coins, unfortunately, seem to have no real value here as they are found and only saved which,on the positive side, makes getting the medals easier but on the negative side, unable to buy upgrades to improve the character's and egg's skills(The dragon could bite or breathe out fire, maybe?)so powerups do not need to be depended upon so much.Anyway, the game is excellent in this way with or without a shop, because it is fun and engaging.Good work and hope that a second part is coming with different characters.
