This game is excellent in its overall quality and design and smooth controls. However, there are some quite serious problems that affect the gameplay.
(1)Game physics are quite unstable as cars like are frisbees flying around the screen by driving over a ramp and sometimes, they end up landing on the player, causing damage or the player ends up landing on the enemies' turrents which can 'happily' open fire on its victim which is often defenseless as the turrent could not turn downwards to return fire.Even the super car can sometimes run into clumsy accidents with enemies landing in front of it suddenly(Game physics could be made better to stop the cars flying around and landing around on each other and a mini map can be included to show the enemies.)
(2)The enemies have some advantages over the player.First, their turrents turn faster and at a wider while the player's turrent turn slower and only fire at the same level as the enemies and air targets.Secondly, enemies are able to fire from outside the screen while the player's turrent has a certain range and could not do so.Thirdly, maybe the huge numbers of enemies and traps add the adrenaline pumping feeling into this action racing game but why does it seem as though the player is fighting against the whole country and not just an organisation? From Level 1 to 10,police cars are seen attacking the player only and not the other armed vehicles and seeing from the plot, the player's aim is to get back the stolen secret weapon,so why did the police have to attack the player only? After all, there are other vehicles trying to cause mayhem by trying to kill the player. Also, the player has one turrent, and no matter how powerful it may be,it look ridiculous trying to turn and kill multiple enemies in front of,behind and above it at the dame time.Missiles fly forward,so they are pretty useful to a certain extent until they hit a ramp and going flying off into the air(The player should also have more turrent slots and weapons like flak and traps like oil to slow down enemies and mines to blow them up and missiles to fire backwards.)

Good work on including racing levels even though there is still unstable game phyics in them.Since there will be a next part, this game is a pretty good starter for it despite having some problems, those above and possibly others not mentioned.Great work and keep it up!

This game is excellent and enjoyable in its overall quality, cute design, smooth gameplay and replayability value with upgrdades, medals and maybe the high scores. However, there are some problems like:
(1)The random spawning of monsters, the player could pretty much bump into them as new waves appear while the previous wave is not yet completed.
(Maybe there could be a mini map to show where the monsters are spawning from or that they spawn from outside the screen and an arrow should point out which direction they are coming from.)
(2)Monsters swarm the whole area as new waves become bigger, never mind about the weapons taking out groups of them, the mouse movement can make it difficult to control the firing directions.(A bigger map for more moving space or smaller monsterss)
(3)Like in Problem(2),as there is less space,it is easier for the player to hit the end of the screen when cornered and the movement is slowed down, affecting the speed of dodging(Maybe a wall or barrier could be added at the sides of the screen to prevent this.)
Anyway,an enjoyable game which could use more weapons(Drones and mines to add firepower, for example)and improvements.Good work!

This is one simple, yet so addictive game, too bad it does not have a high score chart on Newgrounds.

Surprisingly, this game is not bad despite its simple design. It is quite challenging which makes it a good way to kill a little time and test the player's skills.Good work!

This is a pretty good strategy and action game with a variety of units and decent visual and sound effects and medals. However, this game really needs a variety of weapons and skills for the player's character and the base should not really depend on the special resources which increase with each level up as it takes too long. For example, for the base to be leveled up to level 2,it needs 18000 special resources which is far from the rate of about 100 gained per level up for the robot.By the way, kudos on the ability to save previous games and to join the various factions in this game and the mission and background variety.Maybe a sandbox mode could be added with the option of having all three factions being included.Good work on this game and hope that there will be a next part.

It is a game that delivers what it promises like the fine controls, gameplay and everything else and the creator deserves credit for these. The levels become more and more difficult which is good for players to think and be alert although maybe some other skills could be added at every phase like some skill to kill those pesky red objects to ake the later levels less difficult. Thanks fo making this great game anyway.

(Hint:To get the 'Fear of Dark' Medal, that can be done in one of the levels after the first three levels.)

Good work on making this. This game has the retro arcade-like feel wit its simple-looking animation and the gameplay seems like a piece of cake at the first few levels but the last six or seven levels are not so as the player really needs to be alert and think a little before making their next moves(Hint:Look for the path that not only gets the character in but also out and try to collect all the coins and kill all enemies before going for the last platform with no way out). The one minute timer can be a little problem but how will be the game become difficult without it??Anyway, thanks for making this game,it really brings back good old memories of the long gone era of arcade games.

This game is not bad although the top shooter game concept is already used in a number of games. The plot is kept short, which is good for some gamers who can't wait to get down to action and the game sound and visual quality are fine. Then there is an upgrade system which the skills which can be bought with gold. This system gives the game some replayability and it helps that the game is saved each time.Maybe the upgrade system could be changed such that there is a talent tree everytime the character is at a new level, there are more than one paths to take and different skills to learn so giving the game more variety and the gold could be used to buy equipment like health potions, upgrade skills and maybe buy special skills not in the talent tree.More types of allies would be good too.Anyway,it is a good game and keep it up.

This concept is not really much of a game,it is more of expressing the freedom of speech and the fun is from seeing who can be the most creative in creating subtitles.Although it could be more fun to actually hear the subtitles,it is impossible,so the next game could at most have more videos and other options like maybe slow motion to play with.Anyway, this is quite a concept and good work on finding these videos.

Thanks for your review. I will create ReSubs 2 soon. Any ideas for new clips? I agree the concept isn't a game and also enjoy seeing how creative people are with it.
